Immediately. The voucher is emailed the moment the payment goes through, so it works just as well on the twenty-fourth of December as it does in November.

Yes. We keep printed vouchers at the clinic for birthdays, Christmas and anniversaries or any other special occasions - something you can actually put in someone's hand. You can also simply print the emailed voucher at home.

Five years from the day it's bought, which is the minimum every gift voucher in Ireland must carry by law. There's no rush, and no need to spend the whole value in one visit - whatever's left stays on the voucher for next time.
The fifteen free minutes are a separate offer and they do have a deadline: the treatment needs to be taken by 28 February, whenever the voucher itself was bought. After that the voucher carries on exactly as it was, for the rest of its five years. -
No. The voucher holds a value, not a particular treatment, so they can decide when they book and change their mind on the day.

Yes. Our therapists are listed when booking and they can pick whoever they prefer, or leave it as first available.

They pay the difference at the appointment. A sixty minute voucher put toward a ninety minute treatment leaves thirty euro to settle on the day.
